A male yeast infection?

My boyfriend has dry skin on his penis (not a lot, just enough to notice), in addition he had red bumps on his pubic area (not large or crazy looking), and the bumps have been going away (they lasted for about 2-3 days). I had a yeast infection about two or three days ago. Could he have a yeast infection or something else or nothing to worry about?

Symptoms of penile yeast infection include: itching, irritation, and soreness of the head of the penis. Redness and small white blisters may also appear. Better ask him to consult his doctor to be sure.
