I have a couple knots, one is about 1/2 in from the base of my skull and 1/2 to the right of my spine….The other is in the muscle of my left shoulder…. They are very hard, not in the tissue, they are in the muscle, they don’t move at all so I don’t think they are sist, and they are to hard, feels as hard as a BB but pea size..... both are where I have pinched nerves???
