Well everyone Dr's., group, guest ect...
You have my full attention!!!
also where dose it come from, the ground?
i know it starts in asia and te wind carries
it over, but ....... from what, and how dose it evole year after year?
in my forty year life i have had the flu once at the age of four, to throw-up was a scary moment
for me. twice more one time in my teens, and in my twenties(over drinking) thats it 3 scary moments. as for colds maybe 3.i have had only 2 or 3 colds in my life because the moment i feel ichiness in my throat, i stop everything put two pairs of socks take vitamin c 5 heavy blankets nytquil, i sweat it out, i wake up feeling fine, (very much in need of a shower). plus i post notes that i am not allowed to get sick written on them, hahaha haha i know how strange that makes me seem.

Well I thought this was so cute and simple about the flu I had to share. As far as the winter months I would assume because people spend more time inside in close contact with others.

Of course it never hurts to have an optimistic attitude, some home remedies and of course some sound infection control .
