ear problem?

Hi there ive posted on this forum before about my ear problem which i then after that went to the doctors to get it checked out he said that there was fluid behind my ear drums now around a month on using a naisel spray he told me to use Now i seem to have a slight slight issue for example if im watching tv it would seem louder in my right ear even . that ive been seen by a doctor he said my ear drums are fine and i had a swollen naisel . so im not sure if its all gone ? since it seems louder in my right ear and low in my left when watching tv/on pc which is very annoying!

Did your Dr. put you on any antibiotics? Did you take all the medications? If the fluid doesn't go away it can damage your hearing over time. Maybe you should get another opinion or see an ear,nose and throart dr.(ENT).

i did take the naisel spray till it was all gone .. it has improved the ear a little but still seems quiet? should i go for another appointment?
