Sinus

I had A sneezing spell that lasted about a Half hour after this i had a hard rock like deposit come out of my nose felt like it came from my upper sinus cavity in the forehead. What could this be it is pure white and hard about 1/4-3/8 inch in size?

Thanks for your question. Sounds like some calcified or granulomatous (a nodule of firm tissue formed as a reaction to chronic irritation) foreign object. Should not bother you any more then! If you have further problems, please see your doctor.
