Foot Pain

Hi All,

I am a 24 year old male and for last 8 hours I have been experiencing strong striking pains in the top of my foot {left} i get cramp in the foot also even walking, moving my toes, its painful i have expenrienced it before but not like this.

Foot cramps have a variety of causes. It may be related to stress in the foot, poor circulation, nerve-related conditions, potassium deficiency or nutritional problems. One way to relieve pain is by elevating the foot. You would have to visit your doctor for physical examination, tests may also be requested depending on your doctor's assessment. Management of foot cramps generally depend on the etiology.
