sleepy

I'm a 53 yr old female I wake up at 5:00 am for work by 4:00 pm I'm tired and falling alseep. I go to my physican annually and my blood work is good. What's wrong with me and why can't I stay awake?

Have you had your thyroid checked? That can cause sleepiness. If it is thyroid issues, that can also cause weight gain or loss. Have you lost or gained lately?
