Nausea,headache,dizziness,fatigue,no energy

I am a 44 year old female and for the past couple months I have been experiencing waves of nausea although constant for hours at a time,severe stabbing sudden on set headache,sometimes lower left quadrant pain.I have no modivation or energy,loss of appetiate at times. I can go a couple of days with eating very little(I weight 124.5 lbs this week ,lost 4 pounds in the past week and a half).I sleep alot when I am not working 11p-7a shift (past 5 years).I did have sympoms previously but extremely mild except for the extreme fatigue.I used to be an energetic person but now everything has changed.Sometimes I am dragging at work and at home. I get plenty of sleep and use to eat very healthy.Also, I recently started a new relationship 5 months now and have a very active sex life.Depending on postion and on certain days I sometimes have pain in the lower left quadrant while having sex.I have an increased sex drive. I have taken a home pregnancy test and it was negative.I also moved into a new apartment/in-law apartment(house) in september
08 could this have something to do with my symptoms. Could someone shed some light on this. Thanks lken44

Instead of letting this drag on you need to see your physician for a complete physical and proper testing or blood work to determine if a real medical condition is going on. It may be more then just stress or being tired and not eating properly in which case a dr. would be better to tell you as he will have the benefit of the examination. The left quadrant pain also needs to be addressed. tell your Dr. all your symptoms and let him/her proceed with a treatment regime. good Luck.
