Hello, my question is concerning my body temp. when I either go to sleep or even just taking a nap. I have noticed and so have some of my partners, that when I am asleep, my body temp. increases to a point that my girlfriend gets uncomfortable sleeping next to me, stating that I get too hot for her. I have also noticed that when I take a nap, My body temp increases as I notice that I wake up sweating. The sweat from a nap is not profusely, just very mild. I do not have any problem sleeping all night and I don't have any type of nightmares or anything like that. I just notice that my body temp. goes up when asleep and it seems normal while I am awake. I exercise on a regular basis and am not taking any forms of supplements except for protein shakes. I don't see this as a problem just as a curiosity as to if this is normal or abnormal. Thank you for your time and attention to my question.

The same happens to me and my older brother, I've never really worried about this either, I just think some peoples temp does go up more then others when asleep, the sweating can be bit embarrassing sometimes but nothing to worry about I don't think, I find using lighter bed coverings can help.
