Kegel Excercises

I have read about kegel excercises online and I must admit I am confused. Some sites say that kegel excercises cause damage and premature ejaculation and other sites say the excercises can help cure PE. What is the truth?

All the medical information I have read regarding kegal exercises for men and women is positive results. Some people find them hard to do at first but give rave reviews later once mastered. The pubococcgeus muscle is very important to keep toned. I would think well toned pelvic muscles would improve sexual control not to mention the benefits to bladder control. Unless there are some medical situations when these should not be done I'm not aware. Can you give me sites where you read otherwise? Of course I can only speak from a womens standpoint that they work. Let us know.
