on June 2008 I was hospitalized and diagnosed with GERD grade B (through endoscopy), and still on minimum medication until now (lanzoprazole 30 mg once daily).

Lately I breathed short and heavily, I even found myself awaken one night long because of this breathing problem. My doctor gave me an antacid and said that I had a reflux.

sometimes there is this pain in my left chest which come and go.
Also I have another pain on my lower right abdominal, inside the ribs.

would someone assist me and explain what would that be and why?

thank you very much for your information...helps me a lot, since my doctor does not tell me much about it. A medical adviser afraid that I might also have liver disease since I'm having these conditions for almost about a year now :
1. low stamina and vitality, I easily get fatigue
2. less appetite, nausea and vomiting, especially whenever I eat oily, fatty foods
3. frequent headache
4. bloating and gas more often than usual
5. insomnia
6. concentration difficulties and tend to forget things easily
7. easily depressed and emotional
8. pale skin, more than it was before and even get yellowish tint around the eyelids whenever the fatigue comes
9. SGOT, SGPT results goes up and down easily around 50 - 80
