i need to become shorter for my sport. i am looking to lose atleast 2 inches off of my height. are there mediacal methods ot techniques that i could do to shorten my height or is surgery requiered? i need to become shorter. please help me.

i think that you can do anything to become shorter.

I have heard of some young very tall basketball player who didn't want to be taller and took medication in order to stop gaining inches.

Unfortunately for you this can happen only to teens in order not to become taller and not to adults to shorten ...

What is your sport? If this gives you any inspiration, my son was told he was too tall to become a good wrestler, so he worked on core strength and his center of gravity, the two things that made his height a disadvantage, and shocked them all by becoming the best wrestler on the team. He won State in his weight division all four years of High School and went to college on a wrestling scholarship.
