Hi Dr Joshua,
My husband who is 37 is having chest pains and his left arm has had a tingling sensation for the past couple days. Even when he is resting the pains and tingles don't go away. He is a non smoker, doesn't do much exercise and drinks maybe 3 or 4 drinks in a full week and not even that most weeks. We eat really healthy foods. His mother passed away when she was 42 from lung cancer. His stress level is quite high at the moment due to him having a full time job and our business on the side. Could this be a symptom of a stroke or heart desease? He says that he doesn't think it has anything to do with those two options but of course..he isn't a doctor.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Sincerely,
Anne
