Dear Doc,
My nail had been rotting for the last two years and i had taken all sort of medicine, at present i am taking Sporanox on 2nd pulse treatment ( 200mg b.i.d ) and next week is the 3rd pulse but i feel like didn"t help much. And for my scalp its getting worse,i had seen the specialist the latest they give some cream to apply and Emucare shampoo to wash. Hope you can help me, thanks you.

:) Hello and welcome to the forum newptan,

Was reading your post and sorry your scalp is making you so unhappy. The medication Sporanox takes some time to work, maybe even months, hence the dosing pack you speak of. You may look up this drug on the google bar also to read about it. Sounds like your Dr. is trying, unfortunately fungal infections etc., take time. I would stick with the treatment and of course let your Dr. know of your concerns too. Good Luck to you.
