Everything is labled (...) how long i had the symptoms. Some of these symptoms i had for 2 years but the newest ones i feel are related.

Im a 18 year old female, 160 lbs, blood work results say I'm perfectly healthy, but my thyroid and glands have been enlarged for the past 2 years now they feel so swollen its hard for me to put my neck down, and my blood pressure has always been a little low. They said the causes for all these symptoms is stress related.
I do suffer from depression since i was a child, never took medication. Recently with sickness the depression and panic/Anxiety attacks are unbearable. The past 2 years I've been suffering from chronic ear, nose and throat infections and in October over night i developed an ear, nose and throat infection which in only 1 day turned into Puenmonia, it took 4 weeks for me to to stop coughing but it sent me into a downfall. i was on 2 sets of antibiotics and nebulizar treatments and i feel like im getting sick again. Basically i feel like everything is falling apart and I'm too tired to have a doctor tell me I'm stressed and be turned away, I feel like how I feel right now is causing the stress

Shoulders in the collar bone area - feels like some one is poking me causes whole upper body to jerk, when some one touches me in the area same thing, head usually snaps back or to the side, shoulders tense and back tense up (2 years)

*When sleeping feelings of pins and needles start in my right rib cage area spreads outwards to limbs and eventually turns into complete body paralysis then feelings of whole body being shocked, RAPID heart beat, chest pressure, high pitch/ loud ringing in ears, eventually I just fall asleep. Hi rosiee,

First of all let me say that I really emphatize with your situation. I wish that you can have the proper cure the soonest time possible.
I think there are lot of good doctors outhere who can lend you their medical expertise to offer relief to your pain. All you need to do is to seek medical opinion from other doctors otherthan your present physician.
Try to read these link also it might offer some help!:p

Thanks bobby... but the whole urination thing the least of my problems.
Well anyways i have new symptoms... EXTREME crippling pain in my left hip and from the knee down and my left shoulder.. when walking or moving my shoulder i hear ugly snaps and pops in my foot, knee, shoulder and elbow. When im laying down it just throbs like theres a heart beat in the places that hurt the most. My irritability is making people hate me, my heart feels like its gonna jump out of my chest whenever im driving or walking through school, and the twitches are getting worse.
then 10 minutes ago while i was pouring myself coffee i went blank and next think i know im pouring coffee on my hand

Rosie, please get your doc just to relook at your blood count and size of the red blood cells. Having had vit b12 deficiency missed for over 20 years and struggling with some awful neurological symptoms including depression and irritability, it may be worth asking your doc to just give you some shots to see if it makes a difference. If you are a vegetarian or have a highly processed food diet this may well be the basis of your symptoms. Good luck.

Go to an Emergency Room. It sounds like to me you need to be checked into a hospital and have a number of tests run and just a general work up to see what is really going on. No knowing you, that would be my first recommendation. It doesn't sound like visiting your regular doctor is helping any. Good Luck
