Stomach pain after lithotripsy

Greeting,
I'm new to the site and I have a question. On January 4th of 2007 I had an lithotripsy done to remove a stitch and some stones from my bladder. And now everytime I eat or drink something I have a real bad stomach pain in the upper part of my stomach that also feel like the pain is in my back as well. while a pain also sits in the stomach area and lasts for hours keeping me at a discomfort the pain medicine does nothing for it.

Welcome to the forum. I was reading your post and sorry to hear of your discomforts. I'm wondering if all your stones were dissolved by lithotripsy. Are you on any antibiotics? Sometimes they can cause some eating/stomach problems. I'm not a Dr. but I think just days after this procedure with these symptoms you need to call him. Also maybe he can change your pain medication. Good luck and once again welcome.
