I am a 58 year old male. In the last week I have had the following painful symptoms. On left buttock it feels like I have rug burn or some kind of abrasion (although these sensations I'm experiencing are very hard to define). Yet, there is NOTHING visible on the skin. My testicles are also sensitive, as if I've been lightly kicked.
I am not sexually active and was in completely monogomous relationship for the past 30 years.
There is no increased urge to urinate, etc. which seems to be common of prostatitis, so really don't think it's that.
