Hello Dr.Joshua,
I am from Kolkata, India. My wife, now 51 yrs, has been detected in July this year as infected with Hepatitis C, presumably from blood transfusion during a surgery in 1996. Her viral load is 639250 copies/ml (HCV Quantitative Real Time-PCR) and her genotype is 3a..Would you be kind enough to give your opinion in the matter of the prospect of combination therapy in her case?
