Possible causes of testicle pain include: infection or inflammation of the epididymis or testicle, minor injuries, stone in the ureter, varicocele, abdominal infections. Tell your husband to consult his doctor to confirm what has been causing the symptoms that he has been experiencing.

He needs a Urologist. It could range from epididymitis, to prostate issues, to testicular torsion. Have it seen otherwise it could get worse.
