I had my two bottom wisdom teeth extracted almost a week ago. I think it's healing fine, but today, my whole body aches. My ears, my neck, my head, shoulders, arms, and even back. Is this something I should be worried about? It hurts to move. Is this something that usually happens after?

Might be a good idea to follow up with your dentist or primary. Any fever? Usually not all these symptoms from a tooth extraction. Be seen.

You should go to dentist and get a proper suggestion and medicines if required.

There are very rare complications from the removal of wisdom tooth. They usually include infections and temporary sinus complications, damaged to other teeths and temporary numbness and problems in your jaw like jaw fracture. Maybe if you consult your dentist it may advise you to avoid eating hard foods until the healing process is complete.

I don't think so.You should feel pain in mouth not the whole body.

You should definitely go see your primary, if you're not feeling better.
