The ECG machine is usually very sensitive, often overly so, and the data is not necessarily suggestive of anything alarming. The machine is programmed to overestimate problems, so a completely normal data report is actually quite rare. You ECG needs to be examined by a doctor, the finding has to be put in the context of your medical history, symptoms, and findings on physical examination. It's impossible for me to evaluate the significance of this data over the Internet. Please ask your doctor about this.
