Pregnant with anxiety

I am 16 weeks pregnant and my pulse is running around 110. It usually is betwwen 90 and 100, and I do suffer from high anxiety and panic disorder. Well today when I went to the doctor, because I had a small fever it was around 125... should I be worried? I notice that I also have heart palpitations when I focus on it.
