I'M GOING CRAZY! HELP! I have a very VERY tight chest!!!! what to do

:'(  First of all let me say that I know I need to get medical insurance and see someone soon, but until then can someone please help me?  I am having trouble breathing at sometimes..well really most of the time and it started about 2 weeks ago and is getting worse.  My chest feels so tight as if it is caving in.  I can't get comfortable, the more I think about it (which is hard not to) my neck gets very tense and my upper back. Sometimes my ears hurt from all the tense problems. I can breathe but sometimes have to take a deep breath....IT'S KILLING ME!!!  I'm not ever comfortable and have tried various things.....wellbruton for anxiety, asthema inhaler, tussin CF chest congestion, Allergy cold and sinus.........NOTHING WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!  :'(

PLEASE OH PLEASE HELP ME....I NEED HELP.....if it helps any I did have a miscarry about over a month in a half ago (hopefully that has nothing to do with this) ???? any suggestions!

oh and sometimes the breathing bothers me to where I cough and throw up a little....just a little???

:)Go to your local emergency room to be seen. Shortness of breath is priority, why ? Could be many things, pneumonia, upper respiratory, asthma all of which are serious. Good luck and don't wait.

PurpleLady is right. Go to the ER. This could be one of any number of illnesses ranging from the harmless hyperventilation syndrome to some life-threatening ones and it's not possible to solve this over the Internet.
