I get a stinging painful sensation when I have an orgasm during oral sex only. Not any other time. I do not have any stds, my wife's saliva ph is neutral, and we tried with easy sucking and still the pain. What are the possible causes for me to check. This has been a problem for the last few years, any help would be appreciated, Thanks
