Hi Dr. I am a 35 year old woman who had a adominal hysterectomy June of 2005. But ever since I have had the surgery done, I have had a huge amount of discharge. And itching and burning, and painful intercourse. As well as pain where the scar is. And huge amount of pressure to urinate often. But not a large amount of urine is coming out. My concern is what is wrong? Is this normal? I have no female organs. So what could be causing this? I am really uncomfortable. Do not know what to do! Please help!
