can you tell me what these results mean?

My daughters wbc is 8.5 but her neutrophils are 33.7 and her lymphs are 51.0 and her eosinophils are 6.3 and eosi 0.5. Her neutrophils are low but the lymphs and esoinophils are high. I am confused by what the results are telling me so can you please help me with this.

There are many explanations possible for those lab numbers and it is difficult to determine what the cause is without knowing more about your daughter. How is she symptomatic?
