Infection...?

I know I have an infection but i was wondering if it sounds like something other than a yest infection. here are my symptoms

very itchy
burning
inflammed
slight discharge that smells
labias vulva are bleeding a bit.
Im taking antibiotics that i had left over from my ear infection and im using a itch/burn cream vagasil
I dont know if this is relevant but i havent had a period in 3 months and bloodtest came back neg, for being preggo. so what do yall think? something worse? do i need to go to the doc.

Its a good idea to be seen , and its never a good idea to use leftover antibiotics for other symptoms. Why didn't you finish the medication for the ear infection. Thats a big no no unless your dr. told you to or perhaps prescribed another. Really you need to see by your gyn.

You have an infection. And it IS a bad one. You need to see a doctor immediately!

What are the symptoms of vaginitis?

* A change in discharge, both in smell and colour.

* An itching or a burning sensation in the vagina.

* Discomfort when passing water, or during sex.
