Normal or Serious Side Pain?

A quick rundown: I'm being treated for an ulcer w/Carafate; recently came down with bad case of H. Influenza had to take Zithromax, 250mg. Then had serious fluid build up on ear drums am now on Ceftan 1000mg daily (cannot get fluid to go away). Now my question: I am having an annoying, dull pain in right upper quadrant about even with my rib cage, it hurts if I bend at the waste. The pain started a week after starting Carafate. I'm trying to due deductive reasoning to ease my mind, (it could be gallbladder, ulcer ?, liver, etc.) either way I don't like any of the outcomes. Anyone have this before? I will seek medical attention, but would like to wait till Ceftan is finished and I've gotten back to taking Carafate.

RUQ abdominal pain may be cholecystitis so seek medical attention. Or it may be referred pain from your ulcer. In any case, have it examined by a Gastroenterologist.
