I have had this pain in my arms for over a year now. The pain started very dull and now has become unbearable. It starts in my elbow joint and radiates to my wrist and shoulder joint. The pain is mirrored by each arm. i have very bad cramping and twitches at night. It has also seemed to spread to my left foot. I also have lately had a problem swallowing my food. I have tried taking every OTC medicine available and nothing seems to be working. I cannot lift things that I use to. Somedays, even lifting my coffe cup is hard to do. Could you please advise what this could be and maybe suggest some forms of pain management?
