bowel problems

i am not quite sure what it is. i find it hard to take a ****. i have to push really hard.

before i could go really easierly.

it is soft but if feels like its blocked. when i push hard little bits come out. i tried the things you push into your bum, it works but it still comes back and i have taken alot recently

i quite worried now.

Any change in bowel habits is good reason to be seen and examined by your dr and further testing. This is one symptom that needs to be followed up because of cancer or obstruction. Please be seen. and good luck.
