What is a LOC?

I asked for advice and listed all my test results a few days ago but I forgot that on my EEG test which had 1346 spikes and 137 rythmic bursts and 7 spike bursts I also had an unexplained LOC. Can someone explain that to me?
I did not worry about it too much because the report says everything is normal. But I am not so sure, because they also said my spine was alright and that did not need any treatment either, I was just depressed. Also my brain MRI picture does not look like any I'm finding on MRI sites of course I don't know anything about them but mine doesn't look like any they are showing.

What does your dr. say about your condition. I'm not a dr. but in an eeg test the Loc usually means loss of consciousness and ROC meaning recovery of. You really need to talk to your dr. and discuss all of these findings and his plan for furture treament. Good Luck

Thank-you Purple98Lady. I was told that test was normal and I was only depressed.I was also told my spine was just fine I did not need any treatment even though the MRI said I did.And I have been to two spine doctors. So I have not seen anyone for any of these conditions in over two years. I heal myself now.Thanks for taking the time to respond.Susan

I have another LOC question. If that test was performed 3 months after I fell down was that from my illness or medication I was put on? I could not drive or go more than 3 days without my legs giving out and then I had that test so if I was still passing out why would the doctor tell me that was normal. I was driving alone. Is that normal? Any suggestions? Or has anyone had the same thing?

I have read more about this test. Can someone tell me what manually read means. On my health insurance statement I received it says it is a computerized test. I know it was because I was shown the test screen and had to walk around with the box for 24 hours. What does manually read mean? Thanks Susan
