PLease help. I am a 45 yr old woman that have recently began having migrains while in the midst of having sex. It becomes so severe I feel my head is going to expolde. A burning sensation begins at the base of my skull and slowly rises to the top part of my head. Once it reaches the top of my head I feel my head is on fire and throbs. Taking over the counter pain releif has no effect on releif. It will linger for hours to all day. I'm very concerned. Cn
