My son (which is 16 months has 2 teeth top and bottom)keeps biting his tongue while naping or during bedtime. He wakes up every 10-20 mins after the bite, his tongue bleeds which hurts him so much. He also has a canker sore right on the tip of his tongue, now does teething have to do anything with it. You know I haven't gotten any sleep for the past 2 weeks so any suggestions will help...thank you all.
