I have 500 mg. of Cephalexin. How many do I need to take to get rid of my urinary tract infection?

All of it. Always finish an antibiotic unless stopped by your physician.

Personally I would not rely on natural remedies for a urinary infection. Other then the know helpful measures as cranberry juice and drinking more water. But these measures don't cure an infection. Also antibiotics should always be taken as directed for as long as directed and not until you just feel relief. This way the infection is gotten rid of and you don't end up with an super infection.

I've seen so many cases of people getting even sicker than they were before because they didn't finish their antibiotic. Although I am no proponent of taking them in the first place, when you absolutely have to you must finish the whole bottle as prescribed by your doctor.

Lilacs,
Cephalexin is not a good antibiotic for UTI. Go see a physician and have him write for something else.
