hello,
i am 15 years old and i go to school.
i would like some advice about my sickness that i get in the mornings.

when school opened after summer holidays , i felt really sick. i was tempted to vomit a lot in the mornings before going school. At school it stayed the same i would still vomit. but after two hours of lessons i would feel much better and in the afternoon i would feel more active.
i vomited out a yellowish fluid and kept vomiting i wanted to stop but it would keep coming. also with the yellowish fluid i kept spitting alot. this carried on for the second day aswell.
third day i felt a bit better but in the morning i was urged to vomit. at first i was absolutely fine for half an hour at 7:00 before school. and then half an hour later i started to get this feeling and i kept on thinking about vomiting. for some reason i kept urging my self to vomit but nothing would come out. i couldnt help myself to stop thinking about vomiting. i carried this on. in school the same day at 8:30 i vomited and i vomited a yellowish liquid. it all stopped after the first hour as i started feeling better in the second hour. eventually later on the day i got much much better.

kindly, could you please let me know what my problem is. could you please give me some advice. and i will get back to you if you have any questions that you may need to ask me. thankyou

First, you should share this information with your parents, as they can help you get the help that you need to feel better soon. If your vomiting occurs with pain in the right upper abdomen - could be gallbladder related. Which is very common, although you are pretty young for it. Also, if the vomiting is accompanied by a burning, gnawing feeling your left side of upper abdomen or middle of abdomen - it could be gastritis, an inflammation of the stomach lining. This is usually cured by antiacids and bland diet - your doctor can prescribe the right meds to get you back on track. Also, pancreas issues can cause vomiting - my son had pancreatitis last year and he had more pain than vomiting - so that is probably not as likely although possible. If you are female, is there any possiblity you could be pregnant? You could also have just caught a stomach bug, which tends to be worse in morning time.

Most nausea is from common viruses - but it is essential that you speak with your parents to rule out anything else. Feeling bad isn't any fun. The quicker you speak with your parents - the quicker you can be back to feeling like a kid again!

God bless and feel better soon!
