I have historically had low blood pressure, ex. 115/67 - recently my pressure has gone up to 135/66 and I feel dizzy every day. What can be driving pressure up?

Your blood pressure is still very good. The dizziness is not caused by the blood pressure - those levels of blood pressure do not cause symptoms - but maybe there is some stress, lack of sleep, or other things that are both elevating your blood pressure and causing dizziness. If the dizziness continues, you'll need to see the doctor - there may be some unrelated cause behind the symptoms.
