I have lost over 10 kg. these all symptoms started when i had no stress of any kind
i have undergone many test including

1. helicobacter pylori test -------negative
2. Ultrasound--------------> normal report
3. endoscopy-->normal
4. clonoscopy-->normal
5. Taken tinidazole for 3 days (for amebiasis,giardia) --> no effect
6. Stopped milk and milk products for 8 months --->no effect
7.tuberculosis----> negative

i feel very week and dull only at stomach as i used to go to gym but i have not taken any unrated product
i have shown to a person specialist in stomach muscles and she said that intestinal muscles are not at place

i have my stomach always filled up with gas.
i think due to gas only my muscles postion have dislocated
most doctors do not believe in muscle movemen

is this any bacteria/infection or anything that i can test for.
kindly helppp please
i will pay any donation if i get fine
if you want my endoscopy and clonoscopy reports then i can attach next time but they are normal

Thank you for your question. There is no need to donate money for an answer. I'm happy that you've seen the appropriate specialists and extensive examinations have been done. Chronic stomach problems can be hard to treat, and once all serious causes have been ruled out, a continuous doctor-patient relationship is needed to achieve the best results. Various diets can be tried, eliminating possible unsuitable foods. Looking at your list of examinations, I don't see that a gastroscopy (along with biopsy to rule out celiac disease) has been done. Also, lab tests for liver and pancreas functions, as well as thyroid function are usually done. These are just examples - whether these are needed or not, and if a more extensive series of examinations is needed - will be judged by the attending physician. Irritable bowel disease is also a possibility. It's not possible for me (or anyone else) to make diagnosis or treatment suggestions over the Internet. Good luck!
