hi ! I have had swollen lymph nodes, neck, armpits, and groin for over 2 years. they are approximatly 2 cm non tender, non-movable. I am 33 and at a good weight. my body aches everyday but gets better if i am moving( it is hard to get up if I sit) I am tired, and over the past few months i have been suffering from carple tunnle symtoms both hands. It wakes me at night 5 or six times this is extremely painfull, I cannot make the pain subside unless i sit up or get out of bed. I have had a C.T. that showed the swollen lymphs but not much more.My labs were normal anti inflammatorys do not work or even make a difference any answer or direction would be appreciated

Hi,
Two years is a long time for swollen lymphnodes and maybe you should have your Dr. persue further testing to rule out other disease processes to reach a diagnosis. Links below regarding lymph nodes and what further testing might be considered. Are you being treated for the carpal tunnel? Sleeping in splints and hand exercises help sometime depending on the severity. Have you seen a Dr. for this?
