why do i feel so groggy

why do i feel so tired all the time i take multi vitamins with iron and its not helping i just feel worse i also go a strange feeling in my stomach of butterflies and feel sick on most days, i cant be pregnant as ive been sterilized for 9 and a half years please help

Could be many things depending on your age, other conditions you already have, medications, not eating properly, diabetes, hyperglycemia, anemia. I guess the best thing would be to be seen by your dr. and rule out causes by testing etc. Good Luck.
