I'd say it would be within the realm of possibility to hold feces for 10 days, but it would be impossible to go without urinating for more than a day or two.

Hello, and good day to you.
I just want to make sure, that i understand the
question/comment correctly,.. if your talking about going ten days without a bowel movement.
if so, well thousands, among thousands do it all
the time. its very common, its very repetitionally practiced among a certain growing
group of people, can you guess...

drug addicts
the average drug addict (crack, cocaine, meth..) for some its just the thought of getting
high, or it hits you on drive back home( with dope in-hand) others its the first hit, line,
whatever, the body knows what do , 99 out of 100
will have to... use the bathroom, the body cleans it out, thats the body protecting its system/its self? ohhh think about it like this... a backed up sewer, gas that are toxic get into the blood stream, posioning yourself practicly, wouldn't you say? i geuss thats why the body gets rid of all the waste at the begining, before the drugs take over host, the body knows it could days before a bowel can be made, anyways thats it.
thank you for your time, i do appreciate it

Agreed and on the opposite thought of that, its like you can go longer without eating but you can't go very long with out drinking:p

Looks like the original question has disappeared...the OP wanted to know if it is possible to go 10 days without a bowel movement and the answer was that yes it is.

As for drug abuse and bowel movements - heroin and other opioid drug users suffer from severe constipation - a universal side-effect of opioids. Some mild opioids are used for treating diarrhea in some cases.
