Numbness/Tingling on Face/Head and.....

Hi All,

The last few days I have experienced a weird feeling on my head and face. Kinda like a icy hot put on my fingertip and then placing on my face in spots like my ears, lower joaw, lip, etc. Seems to last about a minute and goes away. Feels almost like a numbness feeling in spots throughtout my face and head. Also starting to notice about the same feeling just under my bottm ribs.
Any help on what could be the cause would be great.
