Belly Button Pain/Oder

I am not pregnant and do not have a belly ring. I have a foul oder coming from my belly button. Also red inside and i have an inne. please help

It may be an infection. I recommend you see the doctor about it. If for some reason you do not have access to a doctor, you can try and clean your belly button thoroughly daily, and apply some local antibiotic+antifungal ointment for a week and see if it gets better. Ask your pharmacist about such over-the-counter treatments. If it doesn't get better, you should have it checked.
