Back Problems and need help

I have a fusion at L4,L5 and S1. that was done back in 2000. Now I have been having alot of pain in my right leg. My Doctor gave me Lyrica and I take 300mlg a day. It has help the pain. If I don't take it the pain is unbareable. Not sure what Lyrice does but I dont care for the side affects. I had a CT with contrsats my Lower Lumbar but he said he didn't see anything. I went back to see him and he had this look on his face as why I was there. He had ne concern fo rme. I need to find a good Doctor in Atlanta Georgia the will listin to me. Please can you help me? I live in Atlanta Georgia like I said. Who can help me?
