Hi I was wondering if too much masturbation over the years can start affecting you by difficult in starting urination and going all the time like 5-6 times in a hour so like enlarged prostate problems but its not the problem cause I got my prostate checked out and I'm only 22 years old but see I lifted weights a year ago and hurt my lower back pretty bad its all out of wack and then a couple months later I started having problems with starting to urinate its very difficult for me and I go all the time and I did a bladder diary for my urologist and so he thinks its my lower back with some nerve damage or discs or I'm just one of the unlikely guys that don't have a bladder that works properly so in the mean time I have to self catheterization my self 3 times a day so I can drain my bladder properly so if anyone can help my out of what might be going on with me I would very appreciate it a lot thanks have a nice day
